Will NOEL3 be included in GRLIB as open source in the future?

Hi WEI,

Thanks for the question! We have not decided it yet. I will provide an update when there is something that can be officially shared.

Stay tuned
Joaquin

Hi WEI,

NOEL3 will be released in 2025Q3, but it will initially not be part of the GPL release. This may change at a later point though.

Joaquin

Hi Joaquin,

Thank you for your updating! I will continue to pay attention to it.
